The price of electricity is reduced in Belgium

The average price of electricity in Belgium, in December of 2012, has been 0.2223€ per kilowatt hour. Electricity price has decreased € 0.0104 kWh, 4.47% since the last semester. Meanwhile, the average price of electricity without taxes in Belgium in that period was € 0.1684 per kilowatt hour, compared to € 0.159 kWh in the previous semester. The price of electricity excluding taxes increased by 5.91%.

In the last twelve months the price of electricity in Belgium has increased by 5.58%.

From 2007 until now, the highest price of electricity in Belgium has been € 0.2327 kWh, in June of 2012, while in December of 2007, electricity price was € 0.1683 kWh, its minimum price in this period.
