The latest survey data indicate believers share of Nepal population, has dropped to 99.66%. As to Hindu it has also decreased, the previous survey recorded 74.16% of the population professed it and according to the latest data 73.68% follow it.
The Nepal’s second-largest religion is Buddhism, accounts for about 11.75% of the population.
