The latest survey data indicate believers share of Malaysia population, has dropped to 99.67%. As to Islam it has also decreased, the previous survey recorded 50.3% of the population professed it and according to the latest data 50% follow it.
The second-largest religion in Malaysia is Syncretic Religions, accounts for about 22% of the population.
