Jamaica - Religions

Christianity, with 79.87% of the population, is the religion of the majority of the population. A very great percentage of Jamaicans, 89.94%, confess to having religious feelings.

The latest survey data indicate believers share of Jamaica population, has increase to 89.94%. As to Christianity it has also increased, the previous survey recorded 77.54% of the population professed it and according to the latest data 79.87% follow it.

The Jamaica’s second-largest religion is Other Religions, accounts for about 9.43% of the population.
