Jamaica - Religions

Christianity, with 77.54% of the population, is the religion of the majority of the population. A very great percentage of Jamaicans, 89.3%, confess to having religious feelings.

The latest survey data indicate believers share of Jamaica population, has increase to 89.3%. As to Christianity it has decreased, the previous survey recorded 82.28% of the population professed it and according to the latest data 77.54% follow it.

The Jamaica’s second-largest religion is Other Religions, accounts for about 11.66% of the population.
