Islam grow in Indonesia while believers dropped

Islam is the Indonesia's top religion, around 76% of the population. A very hight percentage of population, 99.34%, consider themselves religious.

The latest survey data indicate believers share of Indonesia population, has dropped to 99.34%. As to Islam it has increased, the previous survey recorded 73% of the population professed it and according to the latest data 76% follow it.

Animist Religions is the second most practiced religion in Indonesia, accounts for about 11.15% of the population.
