Christianity grow in Ghana while believers dropped

Christianity is the Ghana's top religion, around 53.66% of the population. A very hight percentage of population, 99.87%, consider themselves religious.

The latest survey data indicate believers share of Ghana population, has dropped to 99.87%. As to Christianity it has increased, the previous survey recorded 51.9% of the population professed it and according to the latest data 53.66% follow it.

Animist Religions is the second most practiced religion in Ghana, accounts for about 29% of the population.
