The majority religion in Ghana is Christianity, with 46.85% adherents. A very hight percentage of population, 99.93%, are religious in Ghana.

The latest survey data indicate believers share of Ghana population, has dropped to 99.93%. As to Christianity it has increased, the previous survey recorded 44% of the population professed it and according to the latest data 46.85% follow it.

The second-largest religion in Ghana is Animist Religions, accounts for about 40.94% of the population.
