Life expectancy in Nigeria is reduced to 52.89 years

In 2020 the life expectancy in Nigeria decreased to 52.89 years.

That year, the life expectancy for women was 53.32 years and for men 52.46 years.

Nigeria’s position improvened with respect to the 194 countries we publish life expectancy, dropping from the 194th in 2019 to 193th in 2020.
