In 2017 the life expectancy in Mexico decreased to 74.14 years.

That year, the life expectancy for women was 77.3 years and for men 71.04 years.

Mexico’s position worsened with respect to the 194 countries we publish said data, dropping from the 83th in 2016 to 89th in 2017.
