CPI falls in September of 2016 in Uganda

The annual variation rate of the CPI in Uganda in September of 2016 was 4.3%, 6 tenths less than the month before.The monthly variation rate of the CPI (Consumer Price Index) has been 0.9%, and thus the accumulated inflation in 2016 is 3%

We must highlight the increase of 2.3% in the prices of Food and non-alcoholic beverages, until its interannual rate reached 4.7%, which is in contrast to the decrease in the prices of Education of -0.1%, and an interannual variation of 14.6%.
