Italians CPI increased up to 11.9% year-on-year in October of 2022

The annual variation rate of the CPI in Italy in October of 2022 was 11.9%, 30 tenths higher than the month before.The monthly variation rate of the CPI (Consumer Price Index) has been 3.5%, and thus the accumulated inflation in 2022 is 10.9%

We must highlight the increase of 25.5% in the prices of Housing, water, electricity, gas and other fuels, until its interannual rate reached 58.8%, which is in contrast to the decrease in the prices of Restaurants and hotels of -0.9%, and an interannual variation of 7.5%.
