The annual variation rate of the CPI in El Salvador in November of 2008 was 5.3%, 21 tenths less than the month before.The monthly variation rate of the CPI (Consumer Price Index) has been -0.6%, and thus the accumulated inflation in 2008 is 5.7%

We must highlight the increase of 0.6% in the prices of Furniture, household equipment and maintenance, until its interannual rate reached 10.5%, which is in contrast to the decrease in the prices of Transport of -6.2%, and an interannual variation of -0.9%.
