In February, vehicle registrations in United Kingdom grew by 1.57% with respect to February of 2018. In total, 99,221 cars were registered and 2,781,895 new cars were sold in the last twelve months, 4.18% less than the year before.
The breakdown of car sales figures for the month of February is:
- Commercial vehicles sold: 17,252, 2.22% more than in February of 2018.
- Passenger cars regitrations: 81,969, which represents a figure of 1.44% more than in February of 2018.
