In March, vehicle registrations in Luxembourg grew by 4.52% with respect to March of 2000. In total, 5,896 cars were registered and 46,903 new cars were sold in the last twelve months, 4.58% more than the year before.
The breakdown of car sales figures for the month of March is:
- Commercial vehicles sold: 579, 25.05% more than in March of 2000.
- Passenger cars regitrations: 5,317, which represents a figure of 2.68% more than in March of 2000.
