Since June 2008, the national minimum wage in Slovenia remained fixed at €566.5 per month, that is 6,798 euros per year, taking into account 12 payments per year.
Accordingly the national minimum wage has been raised 28 Euros per month from the previous year, 5.2%. This increase is less than the CPI of 2008 which was 5.7%,and so workers, despite the raise, have lost buying power in the last year.
If we look at the ranking of the national minimum wage that we publish, Slovenia is in 18 nd place of the 90 of the list.
