The national minimum wage increase in Belgium

Since June 2007, the national minimum wage in Belgium remained fixed at €1,283 per month, that is 15,396 euros per year, taking into account 12 payments per year.

Accordingly the national minimum wage has been raised 24 Euros per month from the previous year, 1.91%. This increase is greater than the CPI of 2007 which was 1.6%, so workers have gained buying power in the last year.
