In 2024 Serbia public debt was 36,615 million euros39,619 million dollars, has increased 2,2702,472 million since 2023.
This amount means that the debt in 2024 reached 44.48% of Serbia GDP, a 1.19 percentage point fall from 2023, when it was 45.67% of GDP.
If we check the tables we can see the evolution of Serbia debt. It has risen since 2014 in global debt terms, when it was 23,460 million euros 31,175 million dollars although it has fallen as a percentage of GDP, when it amounted to 63.47%.

In 2023 it was 5,200 euros 5,624 dollars, afterwards rising by 375 euros408 dollars, and if we again check 2014 we can see that then the debt per person was 3,298 euros4,382 dollars .
