Argentina is at the 34º position of the Global Right to Information Rating

The transparency law of Argentina has been in force since 2004 and with it has earned 104 points in the Global Right to Information Rating (RTI Rating). With that score Argentina is ranked 34, as its transparency law adequately guarantees access to information, when compared with other countries.

This index ranks countries giving them a score of 0-150 depending on the strength of its legal framework which guarantees the right to information.
