RTI Rating Argentina

The transparency law of Argentina has been in force since 2004 and with it has earned 92 points in the Global Right to Information Rating (RTI Rating). With that score Argentina is now ranked 54 in the transparency ranking formed by 136 countries, meaning it is among those that must improve its laws in order to guarantee access to information.

This index ranks countries giving them a score of 0-150 depending on the strength of its legal framework which guarantees the right to information.
