Kazakhstan - Religions

Islam is the Kazakhstan's top religion, around 51.17% of the population. A very great percentage of Kazakhs, 82.17%, consider themselves religious.

The latest survey data indicate believers share of Kazakhstan population, has increase to 82.17%. As to Islam it has also increased, the previous survey recorded 46.66% of the population professed it and according to the latest data 51.17% follow it.

Christianity is the second most practiced religion in Kazakhstan, accounts for about 30.46% of the population.
