Christianity grow in Ethiopia while believers dropped

Christianity, with 56.76% of the population, is the religion of the majority of the population. A very hight percentage of population, 99.99%, confess to having religious feelings.

The latest survey data indicate believers share of Ethiopia population, has dropped to 99.99%. As to Christianity it has increased, the previous survey recorded 51.97% of the population professed it and according to the latest data 56.76% follow it.

The Ethiopia’s second-largest religion is Islam, accounts for about 30% of the population.
