The latest survey data indicate believers share of Chad population, has dropped to 99.94%. As to Islam it has increased, the previous survey recorded 43.96% of the population professed it and according to the latest data 44% follow it.
The Chad’s second-largest religion is Christianity, accounts for about 33% of the population.
