Cameroon - Religions

Animist Religions, with 51.52% of the population, is the religion of the majority of the population. A very hight percentage of population, 99.92%, confess to having religious feelings.

The latest survey data indicate believers share of Cameroon population, has dropped to 99.92%. As to Animist Religions it has also decreased, the previous survey recorded 54.01% of the population professed it and according to the latest data 51.52% follow it.

The Cameroon’s second-largest religion is Christianity, accounts for about 34.19% of the population.
