In Vanuatu there were 5.69 suicides per 100,000 inhabitants, much less than the average suicide in the world, of 9.47 self-harm per 100.000 people.
Of the 15 recorded suicide cases in 2015, 12 were men suicides and 4 were women. So that, the suicide rate among males were 8.61 per 100,000 men and for women 2.79 per 100,000 female.
