Life expectancy falls in Sweden

In 2020 the life expectancy in Sweden decreased to 82.4 years.

That year, the life expectancy for women was 84.2 years and for men 80.6 years.

Sweden’s position worsened with respect to the 194 countries we publish said data, dropping from the 12th in 2019 to 14th in 2020.
