CPI Ghana August of 2021

August of 2021 CPI went up in Ghana

The annual variation rate of the CPI in Ghana in August of 2021 was 9.7%, 7 tenths higher than the month before.The monthly variation rate of the CPI (Consumer Price Index) has been 0.3%, and thus the accumulated inflation in 2021 is 8.3%

We must highlight the increase of 1% in the prices of Housing, water, electricity, gas and other fuels, until its interannual rate reached 15.2%, which is in contrast to the decrease in the prices of Education of -1.4%, and an interannual variation of 0.3%.
