Egyptians CPI increased up to 10.6% year-on-year in February of 2015

The annual variation rate of the CPI in Egypt in February of 2015 was 10.6%, 321 tenths higher than the month before.The monthly variation rate of the CPI (Consumer Price Index) has been 42.3%, and thus the accumulated inflation in 2015 is 2.9%

We must highlight the increase of 59.8% in the prices of Alcoholic beverages and tobacco, until its interannual rate reached 33.8%, which is in contrast to the decrease in the prices of Recreation and culture of -30.6%, and an interannual variation of 24.7%.
