The annual variation rate of the CPI in Egypt in June of 2014 was 8.2%. The CPI (Consumer Price Index) remains steady than the month before,The monthly variation rate of the CPI (Consumer Price Index) has been 0.9%, and thus the accumulated inflation in 2014 is 38.7%

We must highlight the increase of 1.7% in the prices of Food and non-alcoholic beverages, until its interannual rate reached 11.4%, which is in contrast to the decrease in the prices of Restaurants and hotels of -0.1%, and an interannual variation of -25%.
