Since June 2023, the national minimum wage in Poland remained fixed at €793.5 per month, that is 9,522 euros per year, taking into account 12 payments per year.
If we look at the minimum salary in Polish zlotys, which is the official currency in Poland, we can see that, this year, it was 3,600 Polish zlotys and accordingly, the national minimum wage has been raised 110 Polish zlotys per month from the previous year, 3.15%. This increase is less than the CPI of 2023 which was 16.6%,and so workers, despite the raise, have lost buying power in the last year.
If we look at the ranking of the national minimum wage that we publish, Poland is in 29 nd place of the 120 of the list.
