The national minimum wage in Estonia unchanged this year

Since June 2003, the national minimum wage in Estonia remained fixed at €138.1 per month, that is 1,657 euros per year, taking into account 12 payments per year.

Accordingly the national minimum wage has remained stable, while the CPI of 2003 which was 2.7%, so workers have lost purchasing power in the last year.
