In 2023 Costa Rica public debt was 48,886 million euros52,874 million dollars, has increased 7,5089,266 million since 2022.
This amount means that the debt in 2023 reached 61.12% of Costa Rica GDP, a 1.87 percentage point fall from 2022, when it was 62.99% of GDP.
