In 2016 Botswana public debt was 2,212 million euros 2,448 million dollars, has decreased 120 139 million since 2015.
This amount means that the debt in 2016 reached 15.48% of Botswana GDP, a 1.71 percentage point fall from 2015, when it was 17.19% of GDP.
