Thailand at No. 91 in ranking of transparency

The transparency law of Thailand has been in force since 1997 and with it has earned 75 points in the Global Right to Information Rating (RTI Rating). With that score Thailand ranks at number 91, de los 140 del RTI Rating. It is one of the countries with legislation less prone to guaranteeing the right to information.

This index ranks countries giving them a score of 0-150 depending on the strength of its legal framework which guarantees the right to information.
