The transparency law of Saint Kitts and Nevis has been in force since 2018 and with it has earned 115 points in the Global Right to Information Rating (RTI Rating). With that score Saint Kitts and Nevis is ranked 17, as its transparency law adequately guarantees access to information, when compared with other countries.
