The transparency law of Finland has been in force since 1951 and with it has earned 105 points in the Global Right to Information Rating (RTI Rating). With that score Finland is ranked 31, as its transparency law adequately guarantees access to information, when compared with other countries.
This index ranks countries giving them a score of 0-150 depending on the strength of its legal framework which guarantees the right to information.
