Costa Rica is at the 102º position of the Global Right to Information Rating

The transparency law of Costa Rica has been in force since 2017 and with it has earned 71 points in the Global Right to Information Rating (RTI Rating). With that score Costa Rica

This index ranks countries giving them a score of 0-150 depending on the strength of its legal framework which guarantees the right to information.
