The average price of electricity in Germany, in June of 2009, has been 0.2282€ per kilowatt hour. Electricity price has increased € 0.0087 kWh, 3.96% since the previous semester. Meanwhile, the average price of electricity without taxes in Germany in that period was € 0.1401 per kilowatt hour, compared to € 0.1341 kWh in the previous semester. The price of electricity excluding taxes increased by 4.47%.

In the last twelve months the price of electricity in Germany has increased by 7.85%.

The average price of electricity since 2007 reached its maximum, €0.2282kWh, in June of 2009 and its minimum price, €0.2025 kWh, in June of 2007.
