Zambia - Religions

Christianity is the Zambia's top religion, around 66.95% of the population. A very hight percentage of population, 99.76%, consider themselves religious.

The latest survey data indicate believers share of Zambia population, has dropped to 99.76%. As to Christianity it has increased, the previous survey recorded 63.82% of the population professed it and according to the latest data 66.95% follow it.

Animist Religions is the second most practiced religion in Zambia, accounts for about 31.99% of the population.
