Syncretic Religions is the Taiwan's top religion, around 57% of the population. A very hight percentage of population, 99.85%, consider themselves religious.

The latest survey data indicate believers share of Taiwan population, has dropped to 99.85%. As to Syncretic Religions has not change, the previous survey recorded 57% of the population professed it and according to the latest data 57% follow it.

Buddhism is the second most practiced religion in Taiwan, accounts for about 26.15% of the population.
