The latest survey data indicate believers share of South Korea population, has dropped to 99.76%. As to Animist Religions it has also decreased, the previous survey recorded 61.07% of the population professed it and according to the latest data 58.11% follow it.

The second-largest religion in South Korea is Buddhism, accounts for about 17% of the population.
