The latest survey data indicate believers share of Chad population, has remained to 99.98%. As to Islam it has decreased, the previous survey recorded 57.11% of the population professed it and according to the latest data 54.38% follow it.
The second-largest religion in Chad is Animist Religions, accounts for about 26.77% of the population.
