Life expectancy improves in Nepal

In 2022 the life expectancy in Nepal increased to 70.48 years.

That year, the life expectancy for women was 72.36 years and for men 68.61 years.

Nepal’s position improvened with respect to the 194 countries we publish life expectancy, dropping from the 131th in 2021 to 121th in 2022.
