Life expectancy improves in Iran

In 1999 the life expectancy in Iran increased to 69.3 years.

That year, the life expectancy for women was 71.94 years and for men 66.93 years.

Iran’s position improvened with respect to the 193 countries we publish life expectancy, dropping from the 101th in 1998 to 99th in 1999.
