Life expectancy falls in Iran

In 2021 the life expectancy in Iran decreased to 73.88 years.

That year, the life expectancy for women was 76.81 years and for men 71.25 years.

Iran’s position improvened with respect to the 194 countries we publish life expectancy, dropping from the 70th in 2020 to 68th in 2021.
