The annual variation rate of the CPI in Panama in August of 2013 was 3.9%, 2 tenths less than the month before.The monthly variation rate of the CPI (Consumer Price Index) has been 0.3%, and thus the accumulated inflation in 2013 is 3.2%

We must highlight the increase of 0.6% in the prices of Miscellaneous goods and services, until its interannual rate reached 1.9%, which is in contrast to the decrease in the prices of Education of -0.1%, and an interannual variation of 6%.
