In 2025, the national minimum wage in Ukraine remained fixed at €182 per month, that is 2,184 euros per year, taking into account 12 payments per year.
If we look at the minimum salary in Hryvnias, which is the official currency in Ukraine, we can see that, this year, it was 8,000 Hryvnias and accordingly, the national minimum wage has remained stable, while the CPI of 2024 which was 12%, so workers have lost purchasing power in the last year.
If we look at the ranking of the national minimum wage that we publish, Ukraine is in 91 nd place, so it is among the countries with the lowest minimum salary of the 124 of the list.
