Since June 2003, the national minimum wage in Lithuania remained fixed at €124 per month, that is 1,488 euros per year, taking into account 12 payments per year.
Accordingly the national minimum wage has remained stable, while the CPI of 2003 which was -1%, so workers have lost purchasing power in the last year.
If we look at the ranking of the national minimum wage that we publish, Lithuania is in 35 nd place, so it is among the countries with the lowest minimum salary of the 72 of the list.
