In 2025, the national minimum wage in Lithuania remained fixed at €1,038 per month, that is 12,456 euros per year, taking into account 12 payments per year.
Accordingly the national minimum wage has been raised 114 Euros per month from the previous year, 12.34%. This increase is greater than the CPI of 2024 which was 2.1%, so workers have gained buying power in the last year.
