In 2016 Republic of Macedonia public debt was 3,844 million euros 4,255 million dollars, has increased 387420 million since 2015.
This amount means that the debt in 2016 reached 38.98% of Republic of Macedonia GDP, a 0.83 percentage point rise from 2015, when it was 38.15% of GDP.
