The latest survey data indicate believers share of Myanmar population, has dropped to 99.55%. As to Buddhism it has also decreased, the previous survey recorded 77.5% of the population professed it and according to the latest data 73.95% follow it.
The Myanmar’s second-largest religion is Animist Religions, accounts for about 11.11% of the population.
